Lessons Learned From Falling off the Ship and How You Can Avoid Similar Mistakes

🖊 Hit publish before daily obligations start.

Early mornings are the best time to spend on personal growth activities including building a daily writing habit. Here is why:

  1. It’s the most peaceful time of day. You’re fresh out-of-bed ready to start with no texts, emails, or meetings to distract you.
  2. It’s the only time in the day you have full control over. it’s before the day-to-day responsibilities of your job kick in or before social obligations start in the evening.

📆 Have a dedicated block of time and a backup plan.

Consistency is key here. Write every day during your sacred hours.

🙂 It’s ok if you fall off! Just get back on.

Learn from your mistakes, turn them into lessons, and move on.
